“Beef Conference 2018” will take place on December 13, 2018 in the International Exhibition Center (15 Brovarsky Avenue, Kyiv) within framework on II International Trade Fair “Ukrainian Food Expo”. The organizer is Ukrainian Food Export Board.
This year conference bring together beef market specialists to discuss the most important issues of the industry: what is the place of Ukraine on the global meat market? What are the results of change implementation in 2017? Would the EU market be open for Ukrainian beef?
The issues under discussion are case study of the first Ukrainian producer and supplier of marble beef; profitable beef sales channels and long-term export; cooperative model of beef market; the advanced slaughtering technologies and impact on quality.
It is a unique opportunity for knowledge-exchange with Ukrainian and international market experts.
